Thanks for a great weekend getaway. We had a ball. We
spent too much time at the Vineyards to complete the guest book
so I’m dropping you this note to let you know that we will definitely
be back. We made quite a few friends and hit it off with the folks
at the 263 Diner, they are keepers for sure. Bryce staff was friendly
and informative; I had a chance to hit the hot tub and enjoyed
relaxing. We played music and chilled on the deck and just laughed
ourselves silly with no phone, fax or laptop for a change ;-)

Oh My God…Jason, we had a great weekend!!!...it is absolutely
beautiful in the Shenandoah’s…We went hiking, golfing, we went
to the winery, the caverns, the maize quest…we tried to do it
all!! We had a lot of fun… but it was also very relaxing!!! We
would love to go back!!!….And again, thank you for a wonderful
getaway!

We had a great time at the driving range. A register
problem got us a few buckets of golf balls for free! Played some
tennis and relaxed at the condo to watch game 1 of the world series.

We had a GREAT weekend! Everything was wonderful! We
were happy to find all the nice little things in the condo - the
extra towels, toiletries, nice little touches. It was perfect
for our get-a-way. We were able to horseback ride on Saturday
so that was the highlight. My dog was in heaven, too. Thanks so
much for being so organized too. I will certainly recommend this
place to my friends. And we may return in the Spring or Summer.

Everything was great! My son , my niece and I had a wonderful
time. They enjoyed the different types of skiing, while I rested.
The condo was nice. The area was beautiful and it snowed , which
made everything perfect. Again I say thank you and I am sure I
will return again. The light in the bedroom blow. I did not change
the bulb, because , I did not want to break anything. I brought
some bulbs and left them under the cabinet in front of the stove.

We had a lovely time at the condo this weekend. It was as quiet
as you said, and that made it blissful for me. Gabriel and Hamid
had a wonderful time at the resort and Baxter and I had a good
time on the trails. I want to thank you in particular for not
padding the fee, I was really disgusted at some of the 'pet friendly'
places that charged an extra $35 a day, etc. That would have put
it way out of our budget and it was crucial that Baxter be able
to come with us. Well, it was to me anyhow,lol. Hamid and I want
to come back in the Spring and Gabriel has decided he's going
back during the Summer, so we'll be in touch.

restless 10 year old) we found the condo a little small, but enjoyable.
The area is beautiful and when Lake Laura is open we are sure

Hi Jason - We really needed to get away, and can't leave
our elderly dog with anyone else, so the condo was perfect - as
I wrote in the guest book, we did some walking, napping (I tried
fishing), and antiquing, etc. Andy's family used to own a house
off of Fairway Drive, and we miss being able to get away from
it all. This weekend brought back some memories and this weekend
arrangement makes for a perfect long weekend. Thanks again!

"Hi Jason, We got back from our vacation a little
while ago, and it was amazing. We were able to have the pleasure
of staying in two of your houses, and they were both wonderful.
Bryce Condo was very cozy and comfortable, being close to many
attractions. We found our stay very interesting. There were numerous
activities in the area, so we were never bored. It was also very
quiet, which was a new and strange experience for us, being from
New York City. Blue Mountain Oasis was beautiful. It gave us just
the right amount of privacy. It was extremely relaxing. We loved
that the house had everything in it to keep us entertained. The
property was beautiful and spacious. We especially enjoyed the

we brought our own towels and used throw away plates. You have
a terrific view from the condo and it was so quiet up there. Boy,
I really needed some peace and quiet in a beautiful fall environment.
Your directions were perfect and my Explorer was the only vehicle

yours before but they all lacked the details your condo has. First
of all it was very clean and organized! It felt like home and
the extra towels and little details like magazines and the internet

are new (unlike the smelly old fridges other properties have).
